Everytime you visit our gym, you will pick up more skills.

Knowledge -> Practice -> Skill.

Our goal is to have people of all skill levels come in and acquire more knowledge, practice the moves and become more skilled. Even if you later take a break from training, the skills will stay and can easily be reactivated.

We design our training in a safe way. First, we teach you how to avoid injury. When you feel ready, you can test your skills against others in a safe environment. With some progression, we will address your weak spots and help you become more confident by acquiring and testing your skills constantly.

  1. How to stay healthy and fit, so you can function well in school/work.

  2. How to defend yourself, both standing and on the ground.

  3. How to transition from defense to offense. A solid foundation in defense, will allow you to constantly go on the offense. By practicing these skills in all our trainings, you will gain confidence in your ability.

If you have no martial arts experience, sign up for our ultimate beginners class.

If you already know some martial arts, just join a regular practice.
