Our Classes
As an MMA gym, we focus on teaching an effective skill set that could be used in a no-rules scenario.
We focus heavily on Jiu Jitsu, because it allows to control a fight without taking damage.
We offer classes in wrestling, to bring a fight to the ground
We offer classes in Muay Thai, to account for striking and striking defense
We offer classes in boxing, to tune up the hand skills, defense and reaction skills.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a Judo derivative that focuses on controlling an opponent. It helps take away an opponents ability to strike us, while safely de-escalating. It takes time to learn, but is extremely rewarding in terms of insight gained.
We offer Kids & Women’s only classes too.

Modern Jiu Jitsu includes a lot of wrestling techniques, as some traditional techniques can be denied by just standing up. This class teaches you how to be comfortable taking a fight to the ground.
Boxing & Muay ThaiStriking
Striking and striking defense knowledge is essential in MMA. You can learn these in parallel to Jiu Jitsu, or focus solely on them. There are cross training benefits to mixing it up. Our schedule is designed so you can upskill in all of our martial arts during a regular week, while still maintaining a healthy base for work.
